Head Coach: Michael St. Martin
Michael St. Martin brings a wealth of experience to Christos FC as the Head Coach of the USL2 Men's Semi-Professional Team. With a longstanding career in soccer, he has been the Varsity Soccer Head Coach at Mt. St. Joseph High School since 1996, leading his team to MIAA Championships in 2001, 2005, 2009, and 2020, with the 2020 team achieving a #2 national ranking.
His coaching expertise extends to the Baltimore Celtic Soccer Club, where he has been instrumental in the development and success of the Boys 2003 Team. Under his guidance, they became National League Champions (2019-2021), State Cup Champions (2017, 2021, 2022), U19 Regional Champions (2022), and U19 National Champion Finalists (2022). Previously, he coached the Baltimore Celtic 1999 Team, leading them to the Dallas Cup Finals, a USYSA National Championship Semi-Final, and a National Championship in 2018.
Michael’s coaching career includes serving as the Director of Coaching for Baltimore Celtic Soccer Club from 2019-2020, a Maryland Olympic Development Coach, and coaching for the DC United Super 20 Team at the USL Finals. His accolades include Baltimore Sun Coach of the Year (2001, 2005, 2009), MACS Coach of the Year (2001, 2005, 2009), and NSCAA Regional Coach of the Year (2009).
In addition to his coaching roles, Michael is the Department Chair for Health and Physical Education and an Assistant Athletic Director at Mt. St. Joseph. He has been teaching there for 24 years, after serving as an elementary Physical Education Teacher from 1992 to 1998.
